   • REPAIR CENTER!
Our Repair Department...

Northridge Music has been in the repair business for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on the quality of our repairs and service. It is our intention to offer the best possible service available. We have the highest quality equipment and reasonable prices, which allow us to provide an exceptional level of repair and maintenance. Northridge Music offers a full line service center. We offer repairs on all band instruments, student line thru professional, play condition thru overhauls with re-plating. In addition, we repair all percussion, electric and acoustic guitars, electric and upright basses, violins, violas and cellos.

Ultrasonic Cleaning!

Ultrasonic cleaning is an innovative method of cleaning brass and non-wood musical instruments through the use of high frequency sound waves and a biodegradable, environmentally friendly cleaning solution. This state-of-the-art method cleans objects through the introduction of sound waves into a tank of mild cleaning solution, which penetrates the instrument to clean the interior as well as the exterior. Transducers mounted in the tank create tiny bubbles, which clean and scrub the entire instrument in a safer, more thorough manner than traditional mechanical or chemical cleaning methods.

We've recently installed a 90-gallon ultrasonic cleaner to safely and gently clean your instrument more effectively than ever before. The tank is large enough to dip a full size tuba or sousaphone. While it does an amazing job cleaning large instruments, it does an equally amazing job cleaning the mechanisms on the most delicate of instruments.
